●THE BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF NAB (SHANDONG) BIOTECH LIMITED
    In order to enlarge the foreign contact, NAB GROUP founded NAB (SHANDONG) BIOTECH LIMITED in the early of 2005. NAB SHANDONG, pay all of its attention to the formulaiton of agrochemicals, special in the exporting formulation agrochemicals.
    NAB SHANDONG is located in the Huantai new area, High-tech industrial development zone, Zibo city, Shandong Province, the People's Republic of China, with an area more than 150,000 square meters; the total investment budget is over than U.S. Dollars twenty million. It will take five years to build up a factory area more than two hundred thousand square areas. The plant side is based on saving energy and environment protection, will be divided into office service area, central lab, waste water treatment area, formulaiton area for herbicides, insecticide, fungicides.
The pollute water treatment system is almost being completed now. It will guarantee for the clean manufacturing and the factory's beautification.
    The workshop, with an area more than ten thousand square meters for processing all of formulations, such as ME, EW, OSC/SC, and WP, had been finished and begun to produce.
The blue print for the workshop of processing WDG is being considered serious.

●THE INTENTION OF JOINT INVESTMENT AND COOPORATION OF NAB SHANDONG
    We want to collaborate with some powerful pesticide company, especially in part of formulations. Some obvious advantages that we have are as follows:
◆FAST DEVELOPMENT OF CHINESE ECONOMIC,AND THE HUGE OF PESTICDE MARKET
    In China, the pesticide production is more than 1000 kilotons (As technical), 50% for export. The year 2005,Chinese pesticide export is about 2 billon U.S. Dollars, and the speed of growth is above 20% every year. The quantity demanded is 400-500 kilotons in Chinese pesticide market, the sales value is 2 billion U.S. Dollars, and so the pesticide market is very large in China.

    为进一步扩大国际合作，新农基于2005年初着手组建了山东新农基生物科技有限公司（简称山东新农基），专业从事农药加工尤其是外贸加工业务。公司位于山东淄博高新技术产业开发区桓台新区内，占地面积15余万平方米，预算总投资2000余万美元，计划分5年次建成10余万平方米的加工厂区，厂区建设以节能环保为基点，高标准起步，分别规划为生活办公区、中心实验室及试验园林区、污水处理区和除草剂、杀虫剂、杀菌剂分类加工区等。目前，设施完善的污水环保处理系统即将落成，将为清洁生产、美化厂区提供可靠保障；一期工程10000余平方米的微乳剂（ME）、水乳剂（EW）、悬浮剂（OSC/SC）及WP生产车间已竣工投产，WDG加工车间的建设方案也正在加紧研讨论证中。届时，一个现代化花园式厂区将呈现在人们面前。
